Deep Green Films Ltd. creates award-winning movies for and about people making a difference. The company was launched in 2007 by entrepreneurturned-filmmaker Matt Briggs, one of the original founders of the wild mushroom industry in the U.S. To date, the Oregon-based entity has produced a slate of critically-acclaimed environmental films that include the groundbreaking documentary, “Deep Green: Solutions to Stop Global Warming Now,” and the popular animated shorts, “The Krill is Gone” and “Trees” (in collaboration with Bent Image Lab). Two more documentaries are scheduled for release in 2013.
